Sattu Drink Ingredients
Bhuna Chanak – 1 cup
Onion – 2 tbsp
Green chilli – 1
Mint leaves – 4 leaves
Lemon juice – 2 spoon
Salt to taste
Black salt – 1/4 tbsp
Geera powder – 1/2 tbsp
Cooled water – 2 glass
Bihari Sattu Drink Recipe
1. Sattu drink is famous in Bihar, so to make Sattu. You have to take roasted gram, put the roasted gram in a mixer jar and make its powder.
2. Now in one bowl you will take Sattu powder, 2 tsp for one glass, if you are making two glasses, so you have to take 4 tsp, add half a spoon of cumin powder and salt for taste and add black salt in it. You can also add black pepper in it. You will add chopped onion in Sattu. Then add finely chopped green chilies and mint leaves in it, you must put lemon in it.
3. After that, you have to use cold water, you will mix well so that there are no lumps. Our Sattu will be ready.
